RansNet Return Merchandise Authorisation Policy
- RansNet will only accept returns from authorized distributors.
- Distributors are recommended to consolidate the returned unit on their next bulk shipment based on ex works.
- Distributors are responsible to assign their own freight forwarder for returned faulty unit at their own expense.
- RansNet is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, please INSURE and obtain a TRACKING number as a safeguard.
- RansNet will replace your returned unit with another unit that is tested and verified to be in new or refurbished condition. You may not receive the original unit back.
- RansNet will offer a credit note if an identical product is not available.
- Units returned will continue with the original unit warranty validity period.
- The average turnaround time for RMA process is 4 weeks, excluding days of shipping.
- For defective or Dead On Arrival (DOA) products, distributor must immediately contact Ransnet for technical support within 7 days of the shipped date. DOA products can be sent back to RansNet using RansNet appointed forwarder at RansNet costs.
