RansNet Return Merchandise Authorisation Policy
RansNet will only accept returns from authorized distributors.
Distributors are recommended to consolidate the returned unit on their next bulk shipment based on ex works.
Distributors are responsible to assign their own freight forwarder for returned faulty unit at their own expense.
RansNet is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, please INSURE and obtain a TRACKING number as a safeguard.
RansNet will replace your returned unit with another unit that is tested and verified to be in new or refurbished condition. You may not receive the original unit back.
RansNet will offer a credit note if an identical product is not available.
Units returned will continue with the original unit warranty validity period.
The average turnaround time for RMA process is 4 weeks, excluding days of shipping.
For defective or Dead On Arrival (DOA) products, distributor must immediately contact Ransnet for technical support within 7 days of the shipped date. DOA products can be sent back to RansNet using RansNet appointed forwarder at RansNet costs.
